CLIMBING WALL MAT


Landing surfaces for Artificial Climbing Structures of the difficulty wall type are certified according to the Afnor NF P 90-312 standard which defines the safety requirements in terms of dimensions, attachments and absorption capacities of mattress.

RECEPTION AREA SIZING REQUIREMENT
The landing area must be, in all directions of possible falls, at least 2.50 m beyond the projection on the ground of the 3 m high line, 3 m being the maximum height of the first belay point on this type of SAE.
We offer 2 thicknesses of mats certified NF P 90-312: 5 and 10cm.

  

• Bi-density mats certified NF P 90312 (7cm of polyurethane foam 24kg/m3 for better absorption covered with a 3CM very firm polyethylene foam with a density of 30kg/m3 for optimal stability).
• Tarpaulins in 1000 denier Tergal fabric, classified NF M2 fire retardant and phthalate-free, which can be easily cleaned with soap and water.
  Removable cover with zipper on 3 sides.
• 20 cm removable Velcro connecting flaps on the top to be positioned on the lengths allowing to constitute a uniform reception surface.
• Tear proof handling handles (seat belt type) sewn with 8 stitches

BOULDERING MATS

  

The landing zone must be, in all directions of possible falls, at least 2.50 m beyond the projection on the ground of the line of 4 m-4 m 50 high,
4 m 50 being the maximum height of a block at the top of which it is not possible to stand and 4 m the height when it is possible to stand on it. We offer 2 thicknesses of mats certified NF P 90-311: 30 and 40cm.

  

• Mats made of high quality polyurethane foam certified NF P 90311.
• Tarpaulins in 1000 denier Tergal fabric, classified NF M2 fire retardant and phthalate-free, which can be easily cleaned with soap and water.Removable cover with zipper on 3 sides.
• Fitted with 40 cm wide removable Velcro connecting flaps (to prevent tearing) on ​​the top, to be positioned on the lengths for perfect attachment and great stability, allowing a uniform landing surface to be created.
• Tear-proof handling handles (seat belt type) sewn with 8 stitches.
